Rosaleen Duffy

I am based in the Department of Politics and International Relations, and I am currently leading the BIOSEC Project on the ways that conservation and security are becoming integrated in responses to the illegal wildlife trade. I am a political ecologist, and my research interests centre on conservation, the illegal wildlife trade, tourism and global environmental governance.  I am developing some new work around intersections between political ecology and animal studies, and so I am really keen to be involved in the development of fresh approaches to conservation like Conviva.
